Delivery and Return

Shipping :

Items are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days of your order being received, although may take longer during busy periods. I am very much a one-woman show so your patience is appreciated!

Breakages :

I take great care when packaging up your order to make sure it reaches you in one piece. Unfortunately, breakages do sometimes occur. If your item arrives broken please photograph the item and email me at kala.claystudio@gmail.com within two days of receiving it. I will arrange a replacement if possible, or a refund.

Returns and exchange :

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. we do not accept returns or exchanges.
